PARENT VOLUNTEEER - Shirt/Swim Cap Distributors - Shannon Lakanen, Nicole Lesan
Each person will be given t-shirts, swim caps and member lists. They will roll up the correct t-shirt size, swim cap, and label with family names. They will be available at specified practices (you can name the practices) to oversee handing out the shirts and caps. The collating of caps and shirts can happen at home. |

PARENT VOLUNTEER Donut Coordinator - Erin Mix
Contact Kroger at the beginning of the season, negotiate a special price (we will give you all the information about this), let them know the dates we want donuts and the quantities (1 per kid), pick up donuts and bring to Harpers swim practice by 8:30 the day after all swim meets (except Champs). You can delegate pick up of donuts to others on days you are unable to make it. You will be reimbursed for the expenses. |
