Hi Everyone,

As we wrap up the regular season, I wanted to share some important information regarding next week’s championship meets.

I just sent out our A Finals lineup. If you did not receive that email, please assume your swimmer will be competing at the Eastside Championships on Monday, July 13, hosted by Madeira Swim & Tennis.

There is still a possibility that an A Finals swimmer may become unavailable. If a spot opens, I will contact the next eligible alternate directly.

Just as a reminder, A Finals consists of the two fastest Harper’s Point swimmers in each individual event, along with our A relay teams. Everyone else will compete at the Eastside Championships. You cannot enter both meets; it is one or the other. 

Please enter your swimmer by Friday at 6:00 PM so I can finalize our entries and submit them to the league before the deadline.

A few Eastside Championship reminders:

• Date: Monday, July 13
• Location: Madeira Swim & Tennis Club
• Meet Begins: 5:30 PM
• Harper’s Point Warm-Up: 4:50–5:15 PM
• 8 & Under and 9–10 swimmers should report to the Clerk of Course before their events.
• Bring a folding chair, as seating is limited.
• Parking at the club is limited, with additional parking available at Madeira Middle School, Sellman Park, and St. Gertrude. Food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the meet.
