Happy Father's day to all of the Harper's swim and dive dads out there!! Please check out our weekly newsletter attached below and read over these important reminders:

• The meet to declare your swimmer's intentions for next week and the job sign-ups are now OPEN!
• Please BE ON TIME for your job, being late will result in the loss of your volunteer credit. Please do not sign up for a first-shift job if you can not be there by 5:30.
• Please check in for your job. We have had several people not show up or check in for their job over the last two weeks and their credit had to be removed from their account.
• You are not permitted to accrue more than a total of two hours in bake sale items per season. We need volunteers on the deck the most, which is why, like last year, we have limited the number of credits that can be earned from bake sale items. While we appreciate it if you do more, you will not earn more credit on your volunteer account/ hours for doing so.

A reminder about parking and swim drop-off next week from the Harper's Club Newsletter:

Harper’s Members, On Monday and Tuesday of next week (June 19th and 20th), The Shops at Harper’s Point will be blacktopping behind Kroger and the shopping center. The “cut through” from The Club’s parking lot to Kroger’s back lot will be closed off during this time. In addition, the additional parking behind Kroger and the shopping center will not be available during this time (lots C and D on the map below). As always, please use caution when entering and exiting our parking lot, especially during the high-traffic times of Camp drop-off and pick-up. Thank you for your cooperation!

A & B Championships Declaration Form

It is still early in the season but the coaches want to get ahead and begin to organize A Champs and B Champs for the end of the season. Please note that these meets are one or the other, swimmers cannot attend both but please declare your availability for both so we can organize everyone properly.
