Hi Everyone,

Attached is tonight’s heat sheet. Warmups are from 5-5:10 for 8u and 5:10-5:30 for 9 and up. Tropical Storm will not warm up because it will be too stressful for them! We will swim three Tropical Storm heats to start the meet at 6:10. Please look over the heat sheet and make sure your swimmer is ready in their heat and lane.
