There will be no practice tomorrow (7/4) but we will be at the Montgomery Parade, you can find more info on the website.

Also, the coaches are starting to plan for A & B Champs. Please fill out this form (HERE) so we can take note of anyone unable to attend A or B champs. Tropical Storm will not attend either championship meet so no need to rsvp.

Registration for our Mt. Lookout meet is live please have entries declared by Monday night. The coaches do entries Tuesday mornings at 7:30am. Thanks
