Happy Father’s Day to all of the awesome swim dads out there!! 

I wanted to make sure everyone was aware that the window to enter your child in this weeks meet and SIGN UP FOR JOBS is now open and will be closing Tuesday at 11:00 am. This is our first home meet and we need “all hands on deck.” As a reminder, the expectation for all meets is that if your child/ children are participating in the meet then you need to be volunteering. The CHILDCARE CENTER WILL BE OPEN for our meet to help with any child care issues and ensure everyone is able to help. Please also be aware we have bake sale item sign ups in SwimTopia this season. 

PARKING: I am not going to lie, parking is going to be tight. All Harpers families need to plan to park in the back, behind Kroger’s, and walk through the back entrance. The main lot will need to be used for the guest team and tennis players. 

SPIRIT WEAR/ TEAM SHIRTS: The team shirts are in and were distributed Friday during donuts and pictures. If you did not grab them, please go to the spirit wear table at some point during the meet to get your items.

EVENTS: Just like last week, please continue to print off your own heat sheets or use the digital copy to write your child’s events on their arm BEFORE arriving. Coach Brandon will send out the heat sheet once it is finalized. 8 UNDER SWIMMERS: please also write their name on their back, this is very helpful for the age group helpers and clerk of course. 

LOST AND FOUND: I grabbed two towels and a cap from lasts weeks meet, if you forgot anything at Mt. Lookout please check our lost and found for it.
